We have an exciting 12 months contract opportunity for a .NET Technical Lead/Development Manager for a global project based in Geneva. We are looking for a hybrid who has the ability to be a hands on .NET Tech Lead, but with Development Lead/Management experience, running the SDLC ensuring the development is on target for delivery. The role is split 50/50 between .NET (C#/ASP.NET) Development and Project Management. This is a superb opportunity to join a Global development project developing a new Global trading application (.NET/C#) to sit on the current SAP system. We are looking for a English speaking Tech Leads/PM's available for a 12mth contract based in Geneva, with the option of working from home every 4th week (all expenses paid, accommodation, flights etc). Overview coordinating .NET Development sub-team (6-8 people) from international origin, responsible for custom development of the .NET application in accordance with functional specifications. Co-ordinate development resources to ensure all developments are delivered in line with project timelines: effort estimation, task assignments, progress tracking. Exercise/coordinate quality control and quality assurance activities over developments and ensure appropriate documentation is maintained. Resolve technical/functional issues related to development as they arise/escalate to project management as appropriate. Coordinate with Business Analyst documenting the business requirements, detailed functional specifications, system design, and technical documentation. Ensure all responsibilities are executed on a timely basis in line with the project plan.
