I need Business Analyst - IT Operations in Göteborg, Schweden

Business Analyst to project Market IT Operations, required for an 8 month contract based in Gothenburg. Key Responsibilities: - Creates current and future state ("as is") process models with business partners - Creates and evaluates alternatives to establish future state "vision" for major business reengineering initiatives. - Establishes roadmap for achieving future state - Establishes cost benefit statements for strategic service portfolio reengineering - Provides direction for business partner and IT teams in creating multiple, interrelated functional specifications and their translation to IT design requirements - Manages large, multi-functional chartering sessions - Works with business partners to identify project business value and associated metrics - Presents and reviews business analysis and reengineering results of supported projects/programs/initiatives to mid/senior-level IT and business partner management - Manages customer relationships, including conducting joint business partner and IT Operating reviews - Provides leadership and guidance to other BA's Skills Required: - Business partner engagement experience and technical IT solution analysis skills - Roadmap template documentation for portfolio optimization initiatives - Multi level process model documentation and implementation in a Global organization to a local arena - Solid understanding of value added IT to enhance business processes - Good communication skills and fluent in English - Global mindset and ability to work in virtual multicultural teams. Experience Required: - 5+ years Business Analyst - Functional experience in supported business area preferred - Roadmap documentation experience covering business demand mapped to existing and future IT systems - Process mapping - Creating functional and design specifications - Performed BA role on multiple projects. Experience Preferred: - The ideal candidate will have previously implemented a new IT Operating Model that includes remote sites in a multi site organisation and roadmap documentation for portfolio optimization. Education Required: - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field - Formal facilitation and chartering training - Specialized coursework in supported business domain areas (eg, FPDS/FPS process) - 6-Sigma (DMAIC and DFSS) Green Belt level - Negotiation/change management/conflict management training - Continuing subject matter seminar/group association participation.
