Ref.Nr: 212827 Titel: Marketing Manager Financial Services (m/w) Einsatzort: Kronberg Laufzeit: 01.07.2013 - 31.12.2013, Fulltime, Mit der Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung Beschreibung: This position involves helping to design and implement the marketing strategy for financial services business in the ASG (Austria, Switzerland, Germany) in alignment with our global marketing strategy for financial services. It also is responsible to providing program management support for our FS EALA Marketing Director in planning, designing and running our marketing function in EALA (Europe, Africa and Latin America). The person in this role will report to the FS Marketing Director in EALA. He/she will mainly work with the local leads of our ASG FS practice to design, run and report on marketing programs that help create a favorable selling environment for our services and support our ASG FS business in achieving its objectives. This position requires an understanding of the ASG FS Market as well as experience in business-to-business marketing, relationship building marketing and the development of client-centric, integrated marketing campaigns. The professional in this role must contribute both strategic thinking and hands-on marketing support. The individual in this role will get involved directly in developing the following activities: thought leadership/issues-based marketing initiatives; services/ product marketing strategies; customized marketing strategies focused on individual clients, client segments and large sales opportunities; collateral development; create client relationship platforms; and maximizing participation at specific industry events. Key Objectives: Support the definition and implementation of a marketing strategy that leverages High Performance brand positioning and measurably supports our financial services business in the UKI Enhance client perception specific Business Services (specific industry capabilities and offerings) in ASG Enable access to key decision makers of our ASG financial services clients Help align marketing activities with sales efforts and contribute to lead generation Help develop new and powerful ways of getting access to key industry players Providing targeted program management support to the FS EALA Marketing Director e.g. around the yearly budgeting and planning process Help create and maintain marketing tracking formats Kenntnisse: Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance on marketing related matters to the ASG financial services leadership (Industry Managing Director, Business Services Leads, Client Account leads) Define, implement and measure the marketing strategy and programs for our locally prioritized financial services Business Services Design and implement dedicated marketing programs for key clients Manage third party service providers (e.g. approved agencies, designers, writers and media / PR agencies) and program budgets Define and track metrics to assess effectiveness of marketing programs and initiatives in ASG Program management support for marketing programs across EALA Plan and manage operations budget items in ASG and EALA Ensure that all global marketing policies and procedures are followed Travel domestically / internationally up to 10% Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or other 4 year university degree Minimum of 6 years’ experience in integrated marketing Professional Skill Requirements: Broad overall business acumen, industry knowledge in the financial services business, knowledge of areas of business Understanding and ability to originate and apply marketing concepts in an industry specific context Deep knowledge of marketing strategy, marketing program planning, budget and supplier management experience needed Strong implementation orientation and focused on delivering good results Excellent program management skills Strong English language skills, 2nd language welcomed Good oral and written communications skills and presentation skills Executive level presence Angebotsabgabe beim Kunden ist bis zum 24.07.2013 um 18:00 Uhr möglich.
