Für unseren Endkunden suchen wir ab sofort einen Projektleiter IT mit Finance - Know How für die folgende Tätigkeit: Branche: Bank Standort: München und Unterschleißheim Start: asap Laufzeit: 3-6 Monate Auslastung: 100 % (inwieweit Flexibilität besteht, ist im Einzelfall zu klären) Anforderungen: - Projekmanagement Skills - Finance-Know How, insbesondere Haupt-/Nebenbuchabstimmung - Planungs- und Steuerungsprozesse einer Bank - Erfahrung mit IT-Plattformen wie z.B. SAP BW, BO, Crystal Reports, Oracle DB - Erfahrung mit Datenbanken und deren Organisation - Projekterfahrungen im Bereich Banken und IT - Sprachen: deutsch und englisch - Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit Aufgaben: - Co-Head of the Project (together with Project Lead Business) - Jointly leads the project and is responsible for all project members and the successful completion of all tasks - Focuses rather on the operational and IT related issues, e.g. responsible for project initiation activities, defines scope in close cooperation with the involved ITD platforms including effort estimation and budget refinements ("Rütteln"), alignment with Design Office to ensure that solution for the envisaged scope fits with IT Target architecture and design principles, procures staffing commitments for (external) project members incl. issuance of procure requests and contracts in close cooperation with the Sourcing department, set-up of the project plan in MOPS, conduction of weekly project reporting, is chair of regular project jour fixes across all involved teams (BCT, ITD, IT Maintenance) and other meetings (project kick-off, review boards, …), ensures that business specification has an adequate shape and completeness for subsequent development, ensures definition of data migration, data historization and data archiving (if applicable), acceptance of technical specification (which is prepared by the ITD platforms, set-up of reference portfolio together with ITD, preparation and conduction of the (BAT) test phase, support of user manual preparation and training, Prepares Launch readiness assessment and launch decision, ensures all necessary approvals, updates existing and defines new BCPs and supports business departments during Go-Live phase, defines SLAs, prepares handover to business department, responsible for project closing activities Sollten Sie an der Aufgabe interessiert sein, lassen Sie mir bitte schnellstmöglich Ihr aktuelles Profil und Ihren Stundensatz (all-in) zukommen an e-mail: nur für Premium-Mitglieder.
