Key responsibilities •Owns the expertise of the BSS/IT Solution, existing functionalities/business process, configuration capabilities across Product Model, Business Rules and Business Processes •Validate each pre implemented item and drive decision making process regarding configuration •Conduct mapping between old and new tariffs from business perspective •Responsible for the approval of detailed design documents and interface agreements •UAT - User Acceptance Test •E-2-E tests by the business users with real interfaces •Responsible for the execution of the formal acceptance process of the BSS solution •Job requirements •5 years or above of business and IT consulting experience in Telecom and High-tech industry •Project experience in marketing, operational excellence, and IT planning/Architecture; more than 2 IT/BSS project experience •Strong knowledge in eTom and ITIL.
