Java Developer-Android Applications Job Description: We are looking for a sharp Android and/or iPhone Application Developer to help build an innovative social networking mobile application. You need to have strong organizational skills, knowledge of the mobile market, understanding of ergonomics and be familiar with Agile development concepts. Responsibilities: . Participate and contribute to design discussions. . Coding and unit testing to ensure high quality. . Maintain development schedules Report on progress to plan. Desired Skills & Experience Requirements: . Portfolio of mobile apps that have been published in the Android Market and/or Apple App Store. . 2+ years mobile application development. . Object Oriented programming experience with Objective C and Java. . Strong knowledge of the Android SDK framework and/or Apple*s iOS SDK framework. . RTMP/RTSP experience a plus. . Experience with source control (SVN). . Solid understanding of relational databases. . Previous web development experience with PHP/MySQL preferred. Notwithstanding any guidelines given to years of experience sought, we will consider candidates from outside this range if they can demonstrate the necessary competencies.
