Our marketing business unit "Products and Innovation" interfacing with Technology/IT seeks for support to analyse common product provisioning processes of these new products. After alignment of the requirements within our marketing we need support to drive the implementation project. - knowledge about product provisioning processes in terms of business support systems (OSS) - Process design from product purchasement to product availability to the customer - Understand business model, derive IT requirements - Structure and cluster requirements - International alignment with related activities on both, business concept (requirements) and implementation strategy - communicate product characteristics and priorities to Technology/IS. - drive implementation project from Marketing perspective interfacing with Technical Project Manager. - Get product stakeholders to quickly answer upcoming questions regarding requirements. - Project management - Drive impact analysis/feasibility study focusing on Technology/IT but also considering potential customer care & sales impacts. Eliminate/highlight risks and issues. - Support project owner on project setup, ressource allocation, governance, project planning, ensure project progress, action item tracking, documentation of results, weekly status reporting. Candidates should be affine to Technology but must not be implementation specialists, programmers, software architects etc. Its about product requirements, not about implementation.
