I have pronounced skills in all Office applications and I'm expert in Process Analyse and Six Sigma. As Application Developer and Software Trainer I have several years of experience in developing information-workflows and databases for business processes with MS-VBA. For process improvement and simulation I am used to apply iGrafx 'Process for Six Sigma,which has an interface to MS-Visio and SAP and is also usable for LEAN projects and especially Value stream mapping.
